🎉 LumiLight 3rd Birthday Promotion – Terms & Conditions

To celebrate LumiLight’s 3rd birthday, we are running a limited-time promotional event where every 10th order placed during the promotion window will be refunded in full. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully.

1. Promotion Period

  • The promotion runs on Friday 30th January 2026 only.
  • Start time: 3:00 PM (UK Time)
  • End time: 9:00 PM (UK Time)
  • Orders placed outside of this time window are not eligible.

2. How the Promotion Works

  • Orders are counted in the exact sequence they are placed on Shopify during the promotion window.
  • Every 10th order (e.g. 10th, 20th, 30th, etc.) qualifies for a full refund.
  • Eligibility is determined by the Shopify order number automatically assigned at checkout completion. You will see your order number right away after purchase. 

3. Winning Orders

  • If your Shopify order number ends in “0”, your order is a winning order.
  • Example qualifying order numbers include: #15450, #15460, #15470.
  • A maximum of one winning order per customer is permitted.

4. Customer Eligibility

  • Only the first order placed by a customer during the promotion window is eligible.
  • Multiple orders placed by the same customer do not increase the chances of winning.
  • Duplicate, bulk, fraudulent, or suspicious orders may be excluded at LumiLight’s discretion.

5. Refund Process

  • Winning orders will receive a full refund of the order value paid at checkout.
  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after the promotion ends.
  • Once processed, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Customers do not need to take any action to claim a refund.

6. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Cancelled, refunded, or chargebacked orders are not eligible.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, and duties (if applicable) are included in the refund only where originally paid.
  • LumiLight reserves the right to verify all winning orders.

7. General

  • LumiLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances or abuse.
  • All decisions regarding eligibility and refunds are final.
  • By placing an order during the promotion window, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
