LumiLight 5-Pack Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Promoter
The giveaway is run by JC Ecom Ltd, trading as LumiLight (company no. NI702166), 2 Market Place, Carrickfergus, BT38 7AW, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Questions: hello@getlumilight.com.
2. Who can enter
The giveaway is open to anyone aged 18 or over who lives in the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States (50 states and DC), Canada (excluding Quebec) or Australia. Our employees, contractors and their immediate families can’t enter.
3. Dates
The giveaway opens at 00:01 UK time on Monday 12 October 2026. It closes at 23:59 Pacific Time on Friday 30 October 2026 (07:59 UK time, Saturday 31 October). Entries received after the closing time won’t count.
4. How to enter
Enter a valid email address in the form on the giveaway page. It’s free to enter. Each person may enter once. Duplicate entries will be removed, and entries made by automated means are not valid.
5. The prizes
There are five prizes. Each prize is five (5) LumiLight headlamps and five (5) storage cases, shipped free. Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred. If a prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with one of equal or greater value.
6. How winners are chosen
After entries close, we’ll remove duplicate and invalid entries. Five winners and two reserves will then be drawn at random from all valid entries using an independent random selection tool, on or around Saturday 31 October 2026. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning. The odds depend on how many valid entries we receive. We keep a record of the draw.
7. How winners are contacted
We’ll email each winner at the address they entered with, on or around 31 October 2026. Winners have 7 days to reply with their shipping address. If a winner doesn’t reply in time, or isn’t eligible, the prize goes to a reserve.
8. Delivery
Prizes will be shipped free of charge within 28 days of the winner confirming their address. We can only ship to the countries in section 2.
9. Publishing winners’ names
By entering, you agree that if you win, we can publish your first name and your state, county or country (for example, “Emma from Connecticut”) in an email and on our website. If you’d rather we didn’t, just tell us when you reply. You can also request a list of winners by emailing hello@getlumilight.com within one month of the closing date.
10. Your information
We’ll use your email address to run the giveaway and to contact you if you win. As a LumiLight customer, you may also get our emails in line with your existing preferences. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. For more, see our privacy policy.
11. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to their prize.
12. General
We may cancel, pause or change the giveaway if something outside our control affects it, such as fraud or a technical failure. Our decision on the winners is final. We’re not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete because of technical problems. Nothing in these rules limits any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
13. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, subject to any consumer protections that apply where you live.
